신청 절차

1. Register an account on MDEC's official DE Rantau portal
2. Upload your passport, CV, financial proof, remote-work contract, and a police clearance letter
3. Pay the fee online (MYR 1,000 for the main applicant) and go through MDEC's background review
4. Download the approval letter once cleared and enter Malaysia within 6 months
5. Complete Pass Endorsement at an immigration office and register for tax with LHDN

Passport (14+ months validity), CV and degree proof, 3 months of bank statements and income proof, remote employment/client contract, police clearance, and medical insurance
