GaliGabi used to sit beside a market near Shuanglian MRT. In 2022 it moved to 2F, 23 Chongqing North Road Section 3 in Datong, about 5 minutes from Daqiaotou MRT.
The new shop is on the second floor of an old house near Dadaocheng, roomier than before, with window light, tatami seats, and afternoon western sun.
The signatures are curry rice, coffee, and desserts like its gauze cheesecake, at friendly prices. There are plenty of outlets, many people bring laptops, and pets are welcome.
Some report a 3-hour limit that resets with a refill; it depends on the day. Hours are roughly noon to 8 p.m.
