CE' & LIB-RARY Tianmu is at 217 Zhongshan North Road Section 6 in Shilin, within walking distance of Zhishan MRT. It's a standalone two-story building with floor-to-ceiling glass and greenery all around.
There are two ways to use it. The cafe area just needs one food or drink order and has a 2-hour limit.
The reading and work zone takes a separate ticket: NT$150 on weekdays, NT$250 on weekends, good for the whole day, with unlimited americano.
After paying you get a QR code to enter and pick a seat. The work zone has outlets and Wi-Fi and feels like a quiet library.
Open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. It's run by the same team as Library134 near Nanjing Fuxing MRT, and both work zones are priced the same way.
